Rental Terms​

• Completed & signed contract required 

• Full payment due to reserve space

• Payment will not be accepted to reserve space until signed contract is submitted 

• No refunds for cancellations

• Room cancellations will not be refunded unless another event is booked during the canceled event

• Events only scheduled during business hours Monday - Saturday 10am to 6pm 

• After hours events only by approval with additional fee (reach out for more info)

If you are a non-profit you may qualify to use the event space for free. Reach out to discuss your needs.
